Atlante Listán Negro

Sourced from La Quinta, the family's oldest vineyard, at about 400 meters altitude — vines here are over 150 years old, ungrafted, and trained in the traditional braided Cordón Trenzado method. At harvest, bunches go straight into the lagar (the vines are literally planted around it), where a portion is left whole-cluster and trodden by foot in shallow, horizontally oriented cement vessels — a very traditional Canarian approach. It's then aged in neutral 600L French oak for about 12 months
